Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Used or damaged items (not due to a defect)
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
